300 Elite Mastermind Peer Group
The 300 Elite Master Mind program has been constructed to help your business transform, able to dramatically accelerate and sustain profitable growth!
On successfully joining the program, your business will be allocated to a carefully designed group of 8 peers where shared interests are balanced with sufficiently diverse markets to prevent potential conflict as you drive towards success.
The program commences with a half day, professionally facilitated Master Mind Workshop where relationships will start to develop and the group can build a consensus on those topics where external, expert support and team working can achieve transformational change! As one outcome from the session, the group will provisionally agree those Master Mind Coaches who they would like to attend future Workshops. From the range of Coaches available, the group may wish to focus on specific topics or to spread the subject matter for broader impact.
Dependent on the Master Mind package selected, the number of Coach supported Workshops will vary as will the provision of interim “virtual” sessions, each designed to maintain focus and momentum.
In addition to the shared component of the program, all participants will have access to a defined number of virtual, one-to-one Coaching sessions which can be selected to support group themes or pursue more specific areas of interest.
Mastermind groups are relatively new to most people, even though Napoleon Hill created the concept around 75 years ago with his book, Think and Grow Rich. A mastermind group is designed to help you navigate through challenges using the collective intelligence of others.
Typical Mastermind groups offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills. It helps you and your mastermind group members achieve success. Participants challenge each other to set powerful goals, and more importantly, to accomplish them.
Through a mastermind group process, first you create a goal, then a plan to achieve it. The group helps you with creative ideas and wise decision-making. Then, as you begin to implement your plan, you bring both success stories and problems to the group. Success stories are applauded and problem are solved through peer brainstorming and collective, creative thinking.
The group requires commitment, confidentiality, willingness to both give and receive advice and ideas, and support each other with total honesty, respect and compassion. In many ways, Mastermind group members act as catalysts for growth, devil’s advocates and supportive colleagues.
In a mastermind group, the agenda belongs to the group and each person’s participation and commitment is key. Your mastermind partners give you feedback, help you brainstorm new possibilities, and set up accountability structures that keep you focused and on track. You create a community of supportive colleagues who brainstorm together to move the members to new heights. You’ll gain tremendous insights, which improve your business and personal life. Your mastermind group is like having an objective board of directors, a success team, and a peer advisory group, all rolled into one.

A MasterMind group is NOT for you if you are:
- not willing to fully lean in and participate
- not willing to be vulnerable and honest
- a negative or deeply sarcastic person
- not able to commit to attending meetings
A MasterMind group is for you if you are:
- looking to surround yourself with highly motivated people
- able to accept help and learn from the mistakes of others
- looking to reinforce positive steps with accountability
- willing to invest in yourself
The HOT Seat
One of the most powerful tools in a MasterMind group is the Hot seat. The Hot Seat is when a member is given the FOCUS from the collective experience of the group to solve a specific and immediate issue that will be of utmost benefit to them. In this structured environment, the Hot Seat participant will receive definite steps, expertise, resources and even encouragement to move forward. An interesting side effect of the Hot Seat is that everyone usually is able to get something from the discussion that they can apply to their own situation.
What would be the difference if you wanted to lose 20 pounds but told no one of this goal, versus having 10 friends each chip in $100 to a prize that you would receive if you achieve your goal? I’m sure you would find a way, if there was $1,000 on the line! Accountability before your peers is just as powerful as a reward. This accountability will help you keep moving towards your goals with more power then you thought you had.
Feedback and the power of an honest NO
Getting feedback from friends and family will most likely not give you honest and sometimes the brutal truth that you need in business. How much time and money could you save by avoiding mistakes? In a MasterMind group, you will get honest, yet respectful feedback. While great ideas will be encouraged, bad ideas will be exposed. In some cases, a simple course correction might make the difference between success and failure, while for others, giving up on a bad idea might be the best thing that happens to you!
Commitment to Help
“There is more happiness in giving than there is in receiving.”
There is something incredibly rewarding when you are able to help someone solve an issue or give them feedback that truly changes their lives. Discover the power of a MasterMind group and open yourself to a fellowship of incredible individuals whose combined experience will allow you to leap past your competitors.
